About Us
"Makbelot halulaot isha el-achosa"

"Fifty loops shall you make on the first curtain and fifty loops shall you make on the end of the curtain that is on the second set; the loops shall correspond to one another."
(Source: Artscroll Chumash Exodus 26:5, 36:12)

Both passages are referenced to the Tabernacle; these are the only two places in the Chumash that the word Kabbalah (Makbelot) is mentioned. According to Rashi, Targum Onkelos Renders "Makbelot" as "Zeh kineged zeh" Corresponding to...

Moshe kabbal Torah m'sinai … Moshe received the torah from Sinai and transmitted it to Joshua, Joshua transmitted it to the elders; the elders to the prophets; and the prophets transmitted it to the men of the great assembly. Perkei Avos Ch. 1

From the time of it's revelation at Mt. Sinai, the concealed dimension of the torah - that is, kabbalah was known only to the priest and prophets. However after prophecy ceased and the temple in Jerusalem was destroyed, a new era began. In approximately 100 C.E., Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai… (Rashbi)…was given the power and permission from heaven to reveal to his disciples the inner wisdom of kabbalah.

On Rosh Hashanah of the year 5507 (1446 C.E.) I performed by means of an oath, an elevation of the soul, as known to you, and saw wondrous things I had never seen before. What I saw and learned there is impossible to convey in words, even face to face … I ascended from level to level until I entered the chamber of the Mashiach, where the mashiach learns torah with all the tanaim and tzadikim and also with the seven sheppards … I asked the mashiach: "when will the master come?" and he answered: "by this you shall know: when your teachings will become public and revealed in the world, and your wellsprings burst forth to the farthest extremes - that which I have taught you and you have comprehended - and they also shall be able to perform unifications and elevations as you, then all of the 'shells' will cease to exist, and there shall be a time of good will and salvation." - From a letter by Rabbi Yisrael Ba'al Shem Tov to his brother - in - law, Rabbi Gershon of Kitov.

"And it shall come to pass in the end of days that the mountain of the House of G-d will be established at the top of the mountains and will be exalted above the hills, and all the nations will flow to it. Many peoples will go and say: 'Come, let us go up to the mountain of G-d, the House of the G-d of Jacob. And He will teach us of His ways and we will walk in his paths. For out of Zion shall go forth the law and the word of G-d from Jerusalem." (Isaiah 2:2-3).

We at Kabbalah Source believe in the dissemination of the inner teachings of the Torah, and spreading the hidden light of G-d to life that still exist within the dark shadows of our times. Through these means we hope to enlighten those in search of answers in this world below. We hope to speed up the coming of Mashiach, and the rebuilding of the Holy Temple, the sanctuary of G-d, corresponding to the one above.
